    Don't believe what they say in the employment adverts. Ask to see the engagement survey results to see if they have a great culture and a supportive environment like they say. If you are currently too happy go work for them and they'll crush that out of you.
    The good thingsThere's some really nice people. (none of them are in management)
    The challengesGroup think in the management department. Favouritism. Antisocial behaviour is tolerated if it is the bosses pets doing it. The culture stinks.
