The good thingsI worked in the Architectural department. Locker supply a quality product and produce some innovative and creative designs. The work itself was highly enjoyable.
The challengesShort sighted decisions by upper management placed additional and unnecessary stress on projects. At one point the entire Architectural drafting team was required to support another division within the company for 3 months during which time there was no progress made on projects that were already in progress. This meant that deadlines were not achievable without outsourcing modelling, which ultimately created even more issues.
