Don’t expect too much from head office in term of support, understanding and appreciation. No matter how hard you accomplished your job, they will take it for granted.
The good thingsSupportive colleagues, good product allowance
The challengesIt has been very difficult that when the expectations from head office are greater than their support and respect. No much respect has been shown from head office and zero appreciation for fellow staff members. There is a very serious hierarchical system, as well as easily gain pressure from multiple parties (department store management team, own company management team and counter manager) the principal of management not being consistent but contradicts with each other.
