    Company changes, incompetence and more!
The good thingsmeeting customers that are fun and quirky, and having great conversations with them.
The challengesEmployees from around the country being let go for no reason, stores closing and relocating to save money, company changing hands to save upper management from bankruptcy. Being made to do dangerous work alone, and doing jobs that are far out of your job description. No support when things go wrong, angry customers with no help from management. Carrying the store alone on numerous days, coworkers taking extended leave and sick days without any relief. Competent workers and management being replaced with incompetent people who have never worked a day in tech nor repairs in their lives.

A great company that is let down by poor management
The good thingsGreat local team at my service location, a fun and exciting job that always had a new challenge to handle, and the ability to attend events and training sessions run by Apple
The challengesPoor management with little to no communication. Frequent errors in pay which take weeks to sort. Frequent mismanagement of finance and delay in supplying required equipment. Management keep employees in the dark about everything. Starting annual salaries are extremely low with the promise of a salary review after 6 months, this rarely results in a change in pay once hired.
