    OK company to work as long as you just want to have a job.
    The good thingsHad awesome team members and colleagues. Job security
    The challenges No career progression. Poor management with lack of clear directions.. Too much bureaucracy that it sometimes made daily job difficult. 0 (zero) work life balance / flexibility. Stubbornness to stick to older technology. Mgmt couldn't care less about the concerns raised in HR's annual employee survey.
