Supportive culture and purpose-driven work, with occasional workload and process challenges.
The good thingsPeople are generally willing to help, collaborate, and share knowledge. It’s a workplace where colleagues look out for one another. There are opportunities to learn, upskill, and grow into new responsibilities. Leaders are often open to helping staff build their career pathways. The organisation is supportive of work–life balance and understands personal commitments when they arise. The work has a clear purpose, and it feels rewarding to contribute to something that helps people. Managers are open to conversations, feedback, and supporting staff where possible.
The challengesThe pace can be fast and the workload can feel heavy during busy periods, which may create pressure.

Endless pressure from management and constant changes
The good thingsGreat colleagues and a convenient CBD location, but limited other perks.
The challengesManagement relentlessly pushes to achieve unrealistic sales targets, all without offering any financial incentives, yet they insist it's not a "sales job." Agents are left to trying to find ways to make it through. Instead, what management should be doing is creating a competitive and motivating incentive structure for us agents to thrive. But, you know, they're not exactly eager to share even a crumb with their top performers which is why I guess nobody sticks for long.
