The good thingsDiverse roles due to small teams. Ability to work across many different parts of the company.
Creative projects and ideas are encouraged.
The challengesExtremely poor management. Toxic work culture where scare tactics and intimidation is the norm.
Directors have unrealistic expectations and will offer no support to foster growth but instead punish you and belittle you until you no longer have any confidence in yourself.
There is a very poor culture across the entire company and getting to know other staff members is not encouraged or facilitated.
