My experience working under Monjon at Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre was the worst in my 15 years of employment in Australia across six companies. The management style was unprofessional, overly micromanaging, and unsupportive. Security officers were treated unfairly, blamed for every issue, and subjected to public humiliation in unofficial group chats. Staff were routinely expected to perform duties outside their job description, and procedures were constantly changed without consultation, creating confusion and risk. The workplace culture was toxic, stressful, and unsafe, with no genuine respect or professionalism shown towards security staff. I would not recommend this employer unless someone is absolutely desperate for work. The good thingsConstant shift
