    I wish the residents the best
    The good thingsI loved working at Moran. My favourite part about working there is that I would get to see the residents. They are kind and loveable.
    The challengesUnfortunately, I only had a few months to work at Moran. I am going to miss the smiles of the residents. It makes my job easier just by seeing them happy. Although I had bad experiences with the management, it was the residents that truly made coming to work worthwhile.

    It was worse aged care i have ever worked.
    The good thingsResidents are good. Staff is good, not all willing to help. Management not good at all.
    The challengesAlways short staff. You don't get pay for overtime.

It's important for us to address your concerns, though we're currently facing challenges due to conflicting information in your review. Moran Residential Aged Care VIC operates under an Enterprise Agreement, which is accessible on the Fair Work Commission Website. This agreement covers all Moran staff in VIC and offers numerous benefits, including a 17.6% leave loading and higher overtime and shift penalties . The assertion that staff are not compensated for overtime doesn't align with our practices, as our payroll system adheres strictly to the EA rules, ensuring that staff are paid appropriately according to their shifts.
