    After working at Mortgage House for nearly 5 years, I have learned more here than anywhere I have worked in the past. The mentorship from Colleagues, Team leaders, Managers, all the way through to the Owner of the business is something that I will cherish and continue to draw on throughout the remainder of my career.
    The good thingsMortgage House is a great place to work for a number of reasons - most of the management team are very approachable and personable, you can make lifelong friends and acquaintances as the interactions in the office are real and meaningful. In the lending team, you can earn a lot and gain even more in experience and business acumen if you are willing to work hard and take on/learn from feedback provided to you internally and from customers - there is a wealth of knowledge across the business that can set you up for success.
    The challengesAs with any workplace there are challenges relating to decisions made by the buisness that either affect you directly or indirectly, however I feel as though these are subjective.

    The good thingsThe people that work here make the days enjoyable. Work is challenging, and you are constant learning, as the company evolves. The CRM is one of the more user friendly systems available. Management are easily accessible and they have an open door policy so you can talk to them when necessary
