    Management needs to ensure staff have enough work and shifts. It was a good experience to work there
    The good thingsThe money is good, and the clients were all nice and respectful towards the staff. It is easy to maintain good relationships among staff members, and training was provided before working.
    The challengesCommunication with managers needs improvement. Never gave me a fixed shift and always left me without any shifts until I had to call to ask for them.
