    I would not recommend this workplace to anyone.
    The good thingsHard to identify what the good things were. I guess as an RA it was good to be able to communicate continuous improvement ideas with management in an open forum regularly.
    The challengesI found there to be a number of challenges. Incentives and bonus’ were hard to reach. Opportunities to progress internally were limited as an RA. Plus many more challenges…
