You have to be able to maximise the opportunity that you have, as no one else will look after you.
The good thingsThere are great people that works for the company, These are the guys/girls who will go beyond their duty to help and coach you. The bank has a noble goal to be the #1 respected bank in Aus & NZ.
The challengesDecision making at the middle level can be irrational and impractical, without any clear goal. The company can only be as good as its people. It seems to have a habit of letting go of the good staff and keeping the questionable ones. Employees are not really empowered to make any positive impact and seems to stay at the bottom of the priority list.
