    A highly supportive workplace environment
The good thingsNational 360 provides a high level of support and supervision, ensuring that clinicians have everything they need in order to excel. Quality assurance, drop-in clinical mentoring, and access to shared resources are just a few ways the company goes above and beyond. Clinicians have flexible control over work schedules, and there is a really friendly and supportive team atmosphere overall. Would highly recommend!

Sadly Disappointing I joined N360 passionate about supporting people with disabilities, but left feeling disappointed by an organisation that consistently fails its staff and by default their clients. While the mission is important, daily realities reveal systemic issues that undermine both employees and clients. The greatest frustration lies in leadership's repeated detachment from frontline issue. Despite repeated restructures packaged as "progress," fundamental issues persist unchanged. The feedback process feels performative. management collects staff input only to make decisions that prioritise optics over employee welfare and directly effect service standards. Compensation consistently fails to match workload demands. Dedicated employees face an unsustainable amount of work without fair pay adjustments, whilst also failing to address chronic underperformance in polarised staff who do little. This fosters a dispiriting environment where extra effort yields only more responsibilities and resentment due the drastic imbalance. Chronic understaffing makes every day a crisis. Turnover has become shockingly normal, yet leadership acts surprised when exhausted employees voice concerns and eventually resign. The message is clear: they expect dedication but won't provide the basic support needed to sustain it. What makes this situation so very sad is the wasted potential. The work matters, & the majority of the staff care, but N360's culture alienates committed staff. Real change would require leadership to go above empty promises and genuinely value their workforce. Until then, they'll keep losing the very people who care most about their mission.
