Sad to see the decline of once a great business to work for.
The good thingsThere are some really good people who work there. A lot of learning opportunities. Pay is overall good on average.
The challengesManagement understanding in terms of people management, open communication and how the business operates when making on-going changes. There has been a lot of change fatigue and resignations due to poor upper management.

Used to be a good company, gone down the drain though.
The good thingsThe people, the flexibility (for certain roles), the understanding that life happens, the different personalities throughout who aren't forced into a 'fit in box', fair number of employees so most people do find that coworker they gel with and can vent too.
The challengesManagement, little to no training, if someone who doesn't scream and shout you are forgotten about, little to no support, no transparency and bad communication, HR and management sweep issues under the rug (even massive ones), can be clicky and gossipy, and prior to leaving a fair amount of backstabbing.

Not recommended. There is a reason why NPE is always advertising for positions. Revolving door
The good thingsLearnt some new skills & gained experience working on pumps.
The challengesHigh staff turnover, new supervisors and managers every couple of months. Very few people are actually skilled at this company. Over the top HSEQ. Workshop was always messy & untidy and no-one cared.
