Worst job experienceThe good thingsOn-site parking; Staff kitchen,
The challengesNo work/life balance or flexible work arrangements, even throughout Covid; If you take annual leave you cannot use it for long weekends to extend leave; responses to leave requests are provided last minute leaving you hanging with possibly having to cancel flights. If you need personal leave, you may be criticised upon return; if you are late by 1 minute expect an email; air conditioning not allowed to switch on, and was not working in Summer; Staff are not appreciated; no real culture; Management love to micro-manage. Working overtime everyday. Doing other people's jobs not just your own and with a high employee turnover this is common.
