I would never work here again if my life depended on it. There seemed to be a serious lack of respect from management towards staff. Advertised benefits were flatly refused for IT staff and you felt like trash for even asking. Many tasks staff are capable of get outsourced due to an apparent lack of confidence in demonstrated skills. Call outs due to unplanned outages are very frequent, many could be prevented but require short planned outages which are less desirable than frequent unplanned.
