Loved the role, but the toxic culture and unprofessional management ruined it.
The good thingsI genuinely enjoyed my role and the type of work I was doing. The job itself was interesting, and I was able to build strong skills and knowledge.
The challengesThe company culture was consistently negative and unprofessional, with very little support from management. It wasn’t just me, many colleagues expressed the same frustrations, which made the environment feel toxic and unsustainable. Instead of being guided or encouraged, staff were often left feeling set up to fail. Inappropriate behaviour from leadership only added to the unprofessional atmosphere, making it an incredibly difficult place to stay motivated or engaged.
