Company that doesn't appreciate its people

The good thingsThe pay but you work hard for it.

The challengesManagement is demanding and unreasonable. Communication is extremely poor with no one really know what is going on and it's just about who you know. HR is terrible and untrustworthy, so there is no one to help if you encounter any workplace issues. There is no forum to raise any matter... So the turnover is high and people simply just leave.
