Started off passionate about the work. Left once values were no longer reflected in those I was to report to and concerns about workplace hazards were ignored.
The good thingsPay used to be well above average. However with rent of sydney rising sharply since COVID, the wage is no longer enough to compensate for the high rent you pay to live within a commuting distance. Equal level colleagues will do everything they can to support you, but unfortunately it will not compensate for unsupportive management.
The challengesHighly aggressive members. Extreme workloads and high rate of burn out amongst staff. Poor team morale. Higher management do not understand the day to day demands and realities of the industrial and legal based teams and it shows in the policies implemented which impact teams greatly. Dishonesty witnessed in team manager.

Pretty negative, aggressive environment where it was all about results at any cost. Dreadful.
The good thingsGood perks - great entitlements
The challengesEmployees who have been there too long - some had a bad attitude, some of the more senior admin staff had a rather imperious attitude which made it a very unpleasant and an unco-operative atmosphere.
