Toxic organization plagued by unprofessionalism, favouritism, and high staff turnover.
The good thingsHelping the clients to the best of my ability.
The challengesEngaging with a team characterised by unprofessionalism, disorder, and a lackadaisical attitude, where mediocrity is routinely acknowledged and even celebrated. Employees frequently spend a significant portion of their work hours outside, smoking and attending to personal matters rather than serving the clients for whom they are employed. There is a culture of gossip among staff members, who often undermine their colleagues and shift blame for their own shortcomings. Management appears to favour certain individuals, employing manipulative tactics to marginalise those outside their inner circle, thereby creating an environment that encourages high staff turnover. Consequently, clients are compelled to frequently change their mental health professionals, requiring them to repeatedly recount their personal histories. Should you encounter a job posting for this organisation, it is advisable to refrain from applying.
