    Great learning curve on independently owned business
    The good thingsA longstanding business with great employee retention , considering the fluctuating nature of the industry
    The challengesLack of real cooperation or compromise between departments , in which causes unneeded strain on upper management A hotel who prides themselves on being such a open and transparent business, certainly needs work in said area Didn't see many genuine smiles on employees whislt employed , possibly no morale

    The good thingsThe manager is very good.. The customers are like family and co workers are great too..
