    The good thingsI oversee hotel operations during overnight shifts as a Front Office Night Manager. In addition to the previously mentioned duties, proficiency in the following software and systems is essential: Property Management System (PMS): Familiarity with the hotel’s PMS software for guest check-ins, reservations, and room assignments. Ability to troubleshoot PMS-related issues and train staff on its usage. Security Systems: Proficiency in monitoring security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control, and alarm systems. Respond effectively to any security alerts or incidents. Microsoft Office Suite: Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for administrative tasks, reporting, and communication. Reservation Platforms: Experience with online reservation platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) to manage bookings and availability. Communication Tools: Proficient in email communication and handling inquiries promptly. Familiarity with phone systems and intercoms.
