    The good thingsStaff discounts that are available on and off duty, colleagues and the customers.
    The challengesNo proper training provided to staff, no equal opportunities, workplace politics prevents career development, senior roles only available to people for time served not based on skill or qualification. Operates under a ‘everyone is replaceable’ mentality.

    The good thingsThe hourly rate for casuals is slightly higher than other places
    The challengesManagement handled normal everyday things and problems horribly. It doesn't seem as if any of them are qualified to deal with problems that come with their role, rather a popularity contest.
