Working for Aurelia is soul destroying.
The good thingsWorking at Peak when it was owned by Newgold was fantastic. Every employee was valued and doing a good job was recognised.
The challengesWhen the mine was sold to Aurelia the whole place changed in a short period of time. Aurelus retrenched quite a few employees and expected the ones that were left to do the work of 3 people and it was never good enough. The culture is dreadful.
