The good thingsPreviously had a fantastic time until they made practice managers redundant and reduced admin hours to an unreasonable amount to run efficiently. You get the feeling from head office that they do not care about staff only money
The challengesSome challanging behaviours from patients which is resolveable. Constant issue with payroll not paying appropriately reflecting the award we are under. Little support from management with concerns over staffing post practice management redundancy.
