The majority of students were not interested in learning. They only seemed interested in getting a visa into Australia and did the bare minimum to pass.
The good thingsThe other trainers were on the whole supportive and helpful.
The challengesPoor quality training materials and equipment. Being "encouraged" to pass students who were not competent.

This is a company who truly care about their team, plenty of parties, lots of kind little surprises. Management is very understanding, professional and fair. No problems amongst the team, all departments work well together and support each other. The HR team is fantastic. Students are well cared for and are happy and the focus of everyone’s effort. The facilities are next to none, especially the kitchen for commercial cookery courses. All in all... once you get a job there, you never want to go.
The good thingsGreat Management, amazing RTO Manager, very kind and caring environment, very generous company.
The challengesCan’t think of any, I very much enjoyed working there, great people and great team.
