The supportive team environment and peer relationships create a family-like atmosphere, while the dynamic and challenging nature of the work keeps staff engaged with new experiences each day.

Hasn't changed in 18 years and I doubt it ever will
The good thingsBeing challenged. MOST of my coworkers. Helping people.
The challengesLike everyone else, management. It is a joke and has not changed. All the QAS Plans and Strategies and SOPs are simply for show. After 18y of continual service, the treatment I have received from 'management' has officially left me with a psychological injury. Sustained AFTER an RSI that I was not supported for. Experienced staff are leaving or on long term sick leave due to their own psychological damage sustained by 'management'.

The good thingsOnce was a great career with community spirit, being there to make a difference in someone's life.
The challengesManagement and the ostracism. Want overtime, Want career progression, Want work/life balance, Want to climb the ladder and have a position handed to you? Then be part of the club Are you there for the community, work without breaks, get stuck on the ramp, get screwed, then you must be a paramedic
