What’s it like working at Rosebank College?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Rosebank College is characterised by its collaborative and supportive culture where staff work together in a vibrant educational community. The school offers excellent professional development opportunities, including leadership pathways and internal promotions. Staff appreciate the approachable management style and the strong sense of community that exists among colleagues who share a passion for education.

While the school environment is positive, there are some considerations to note. The workload can be demanding, especially during peak periods, and maintaining work-life balance can be challenging due to the numerous programs and events offered. The school's significant growth has created some pressure on existing processes, though there is evidence of ongoing improvements being implemented to address these challenges.

    A Workplace of Choice
The good thingsSince joining Rosebank I have been welcomed by a vibrant educational community where students and staff alike are nurtured, inspired, and empowered. The college fosters a culture of hospitality, justice, and compassion. Leadership clearly recognises that a thriving school begins with its staff. Rosebank actively supports both its educators and support personnel by promoting connection and wellbeing through social events and other pastoral initiatives. Professional development opportunities such as coaching and leadership pathways are available and personal growth is encouraged for all staff including administrators and teachers alike. It is a pleasure to come to work each day. If you are thinking of joining Rosebank, I can thoroughly recommend this as a workplace of choice.
