The challengesThis place feels suffocating from the moment you walk in. You're thrown into confusion and expected to keep up with constant last minute changes. WORST CULTURE!
You're expected to perform at a high level immediately, yet given NO clear direction. Instead, there is constant pressure and fear of getting things wrong.
The culture is political and unprofessional. Decisions rarely make sense, and favouritism and cronyism are obvious. If you're not part of that, you feel it quickly.
The workload is excessive and keeps growing, while support is minimal. Roles are unclear and expand without recognition. It starts to feel less like a workplace and more like a prison.
Nothing is consistent, communication conflicts, and you deal with the consequences. Turnover is EXTREMELY high, people quickly realise that they've made a mistake and start looking for a way out immediately. The positive reviews DO NOT reflect reality and feels staged. There is no proper training, and systems are outdated.
