RAAFA offers great career opportunities within a caring, high-performing culture.
The good thingsExceptional career development opportunities. I've seen people move to completely new teams and management positions via secondments and permanent roles - RAAFA really encourages promoting from within. Staff reward and recognition is better than competitors. The organisation has a strong, caring and high-performing culture and it's nice to work in an organisation with a heritage supporting those who have served our country.
The challengesIt can be a challenging sector to work in as providers try to do more with less, but on the other hand it attracts great people to it who are motivated to make a difference.
