Amazing animals but challenging, high pressure, multitasking job.
The good thingsThe animals are the sweetest and so deserving. The staff are mostly lovely. It can be very rewarding!
The challengesIncredibly understaffed, soooo much to learn, have to multi task continually throughout the day, getting yelled at by customers weekly, having to learn all areas can be challenging. You have to have skills in customer service and generally a certificate in animal care. Pay is very low.
