Great place to work with awesome opportunities to grow and learn alongside the best staff.
The good thingsOf course it's a pretty place to work, but you have to love the family-like culture that quickly forms between staff. The staff are so kind and considerate to one another, and are always willing to lend a hand. Most of the management are really supportive. I haven't been working at SPH long but I've already grown and learnt so much from my time there.
The challengesHave had a few run-ins with male staff members that have made me a little uncomfortable (not anything bad enough reporting). It can be hard to have a social life at times because you're mostly rostered on weekends (understandable because its hospitality but still).
