Terrible work environment and no career advancement, people are the ones that make it bearable to even work in this place
The good thingsThe people that work here are the best thing that this hotel has.
The challengesBad working conditions, higher management doesn't care about staff, always understaffed and spread front office/concierge staff to other departments such as bar or events, facilities are old and not well kept especially for staff and equipment is very old. No proper HR department as they are only around a couple days a week and high turnover in all departments because no benefits such as cheap accomodation
