If you want backup, you might be waiting a while
The good thingsThe few genuinely decent colleagues were the real reason to show up, and the employee discounts at the outlets were the only real reward in an otherwise unpredictable environment.
The challengesIf you're skilled at working alone, picking up others' slack, and navigating unclear leadership, you'll fit right in. Advancement feels like a private club. My last review vanished... just like responsibility tends to when things go wrong.
