The SMRC is responsible for delivering innovative and sustainable waste management solutions for the benefit of our communities and the environment. Our community is: Town of East Fremantle, City of Fremantle, City of Kwinana and City of Melville. The SMRC region encompasses 195 square kilometres within Perth’s southern metropolitan area and has a combined population of over 190,000 people.
