I had high expectations, turned out to be one of the worst jobs and places I’ve been at
The good thingsNot really much, it was pretty grim from the second I started.
The challengesCommunicating with supervisors, working out who HR is (good luck voicing any problems). All states seem to be massively divided. Don’t bother asking for help, it’ll get thrown in your face. When you take matters in your hands you’re doing it wrong. Micro management was appalling. Treatment of staff was something I’ve never seen before.
