The good thingsGreat place to work. Caring to people and elderly. Organising activity planner and more.
The challengesEye to eye contact in long chat. as some people advised me that eye to eye contact to other especially from English people or England people is a Rude. I love to eye to eye contact while chatting or talking with them. Overcome from fear. I get nervous when chatting with ladies as some ladies are naughty while chatting or talking with them. Otherwise I will be fine and confidence with it as I born with it, very confidence of doing costumer service and entertaining, and interviewing other people.
