Wish I had not gone there.
The good thingsMost of the people are nice, the residents are nice and the intent is admirable.
The challengesThere is no doubt the organisation does important work, but the approach it takes to doing it is just poor. So much time is wasted, so much money is wasted and there is really a lack of clarity around direction.
What is particularly disappointing is the values it claims to live by. The reality of it all is it does not practice them, they are purely there for optics.
Would I put my parents in Warrigal home, absolutely not.
