    Started off great untilWork at Stamford from 2023 - 2024, started off great until the company started changing managers every could of months. Seems like they have no idea what they are doing. Disappointed

    New upper management is creating a culture shift for the better.
    The good thingsit is a great location on the beach, cute little seaside town. the hotel is on the tram and bus lines, so easily accessible. the upper management are clearly investing in the team, bringing on the new Hotel Manager this year is showing a shift in improvement and He has a desire to foster a positive workplace culture in career development and a want to provide excellent service. it is reliable work and can be a great place to have a lifelong career with clear progression.
    The challengesflexibility in shifts. an acknowledgement of professional development and a want to always provide best possible outcomes is needed to thrive here. every day is different and you need to be adaptable.
