From day one, you feel welcomed, supported, and valued as part of the team. They are a proud local business with a genuine passion for the community they serve, which really shows in everything they do.
The team is brilliant — supportive, patient, and always willing to help. Even in just a few months, it’s clear they care about your growth and take the time to ensure you feel confident in your role.
There’s a strong sense of teamwork, respect, and family, which makes you feel happy coming to work every day.
The challengesThere are no real challenges within the company itself. Any issues that arise are acknowledged and addressed promptly.
The only challenges are personal, as I am still learning and developing my skills within this business, but I feel fully supported throughout this process by my manager, office management, coach, and the plumbing team.
Steins Plumbing is patient, encouraging, and provides the guidance needed to grow and improve with confidence on a daily basis.
