    One of those works places where you want to go to work as a good part of your life!
    The good thingsThe Management, collegues, and the diverse range of people employed. The environment and especially the location makes for an ideal work place. Flexibility and most importantly a safe work environment!
    The challengesBeing the business is part of the hospitality industry putting on weight! But, in all seriousness other than seasonal variations which affect the business revenue and turnover, there are no major challenges that affect my role. The foundations the business is based on being open communication, documented goals, procedures and operations minimize challenges that may arise.
