Don't work here. Poor management and no opportunity for career growth
The good thingsThe doctors and patients were always lovely
The challengesI enjoyed my contracted day to day tasks but everything else was horrible.
High turnover of staff. In my 1 year working there we went through 4 managers and about 6 or 7 nurses.
Upper management is pathetic, horrible at communicating and ignores all concerns. Unapologetic and lack of accountability for anything that goes wrong.
Clinic was constantly understaffed and understocked.
I was left basically managing the clinic alone and cleaning up other incompetent staff memebers messes and upper management refused to do anything about it.
Serious risks inside the clinic were constantly ignored.
Sever lack of recognition and no opportunity for career growth. Pay is at the minimum award rate and they refuse any pay rise requests regardless of proving you are doing more than your job role. No other perks or benefits
I'd never recommend working here.

The challengesAll of it! Long hours and awful management. No support for staff, and high turnover rate (for good reason).
Expectations of you cleaning up after everyone and overall a toxic environment. Do not work here unless you want to have a terrible work life balance. Honestly appalling.
