    Wonderful place to work in a beautiful faraway settingI loved my time at Tamborine Mountain College - I only left because of visa restrictions! The small size of the school is so unique, everyone knows everyone and is super supportive (both staff and students). I very quickly felt like part of the family. Staff wellbeing is really taken seriously, and leadership are happy to have a conversation about anything. Leadership are very present and visible. Teaching resources are shared via Google Drive and everything is very accessible. The small size means there are fewer people to collaborate with, but the collaboration that goes on is still very useful and non-judgmental. The only downside is that the location is quite far away from the city (although the drive up the mountain is magical and never lost its novelty!).
