The good thingsTrue long lasting friendships that i know i will have for a lifetime. And for that i will be greatful. This job taught me to become more resilient and to appreciate every other job outside of here. Great place to save money because there's nothing there apart from the bar. Living on an island, in a place other people pay to be is a bucket list item for sure.

The challengesThey will say what they have too to get you there, they will use you for what they need until they find a replacement. You will always be reminded how easily you can be replaced. If they don't want you there anymore they will gaslight you until you break and leave. I got so used to gaslighting that I had to retrain myself how to function in a normal healthy workplace. Everything needs to be improved, from the food, female staff safety in and outside of the workplace, staff standards, to the management. Don't bother voicing your opinion because nothing will ever be done about it. The one place I've worked where hard work DOES go unnoticed and under appreciated. You will not be rewarded for hard work or dedication. This is good for a fun time not a long time.

The good thingsthe beach and a bitey fish swam right next to me literally next to me

The challengesDoes not provide any form of training, managment has been there for many years and no longer care so everything is run down the food is quite bad aye if you have allergins or vege vegan, your going to need to sort out ur own diet, partying is everywhere

Amazing opportunity to meet incredible people and live and work in the most stunning location

The good thingsMade so many amazing friends living and working here, really healthy social aspect. The job is fun and pretty easy to do, opportunities to learn new skills and develop in different areas. The island is stunning and such an amazing place to live

The challengesThe biggest issue I had here was the food. Being vegetarian there were often times where there wasn’t really anything for me to eat at meal times
