    At first I loved it and then it got toxic the deeper you get involved.
    The good thingsThe hours are good but pay isn’t great for the amount of work you do. Lots of team breakfasts and work events to attend. Loved the team environment and products. Possible career opportunities if you jump through their hoops.
    The challengesNo staff and still expected to do a job that requires 3 people. Hire management fight with each other and over promise promotions. No one has aged care qualifications so working along side people who don’t understand the industry gets frustrating. The more energy you give them the more they take. Burn out is real here. Management can get toxic if you’re not their favourite.
