    The good thingsI cannot remember good things
    The challengesThe culture felt toxic, and I often experienced what felt like unfair treatment and discriminatory behaviour. Management support for senior staff was weak, direction was unclear, and leadership lacked the capability to create a healthy environment. Workloads were high, pay didn’t match expectations, and the overall atmosphere was stressful and draining. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working here.

    The good thingsIt was really good at the start but that changed very quickly
    The challengesEverything the expectation of calls and KPI”s were very high, no support from peers. You get no opportunities unless you’re in the clique. And expect to get horrible customers

    Chaotic, unprofessional mess.
    The good thingsThere are some good people scattered around
    The challengesIncompetent, unprofessional management, blame culture, lack of understanding of the basics of prioritisation and delivery. Large portion of staff with very poor attitudes. A number of execs have been promoted way too young and are out of their depth, this flows down negatively to staff.
