What’s it like working at United Franchise Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at United Franchise Group appreciate the positive culture, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth. They value the teamwork and support among colleagues, as well as the work-life balance and flexibility offered. The company provides valuable resources and support to franchisees, including training, proven business models, and access to cutting-edge technologies.

However, there are some potential areas for improvement, such as enhancing certain management and leadership practices, addressing concerns about medical insurance benefits, and managing the pressure to sell franchises. Additionally, while flexibility is appreciated, some employees find the expectation of being available outside regular working hours to be a challenge.
