I have been dealing with burnout for a year and a half. All requests for help have been met with me being gaslit - told I just need to manage my time better - and then ignored.
The good thingsGood colleagues and friendly people, lots of internal events and functions.
The challengesLeadership is useless, barely having any understanding of what's happening in their branches or what their staff are dealing with work-wise, then when staff inevitably burnout and ask for help, they're just replaced. Leadership makes no effort to help or improve anything.
