There's good and there's not so good aspects. Everyone is friendly and the work is meaningful.
The good thingsVery flexible workplace. Generous with staff when they need support. Some very experienced people to learn from. Everyone is passionate about their work. You'll get to go to conferences etc and they are very supportive of junior staff.
The challengesAverage salary, not super low, not high either. Like every company, there's improvements to be made.
